Within the scope of the Operations Center that the Municípia is developing for the Municipalities, the Oeiras City Council has a new functionality to support the monitoring of COVID19 in the municipality. Created and parameterized in just one night by the application development team of the Municipality, this internal tool is intended to support the activities of the municipal operational command center, monitor, in real time, the fleet, agents, patrols and manage all occurrences quickly and assertively. On this platform, a tool to support the monitoring and control of COVID-19 was created in the municipality of Oeiras. The information is accessible to the forces that are in the municipality’s command center, thus allowing an efficient management of security services. At a time like this, this application is an asset for the management of operational activities. Registration of emergency situations, alarms, proximity policing, inspection and communication actions; real time visualization of vehicles with GPS and radios or visualization and extraction of daily occurrence reports are some of the features of this geographic information service.
